Board of Directors’ Meeting 

Minutes of November 13, 2024

Call to Order

11:00 by Director Mefford1, adjourned for lunch at 12:00, reconvened at 1 pm. 

Attendance

Board Members in Attendance: Scott Mefford, Susan Eagle, Nancy Balter (by Zoom), Patti Harris, JP Brewer

Also attending: Doug Barenburg (in person and by Zoom), Max Herte, and by Zoom: Hank O’Brien, Peter Greenstone, Kris Kleiner, Graeme Warner, Kathy Warner, Mark Herzfeld, Ryan Gaddis, Jim Schmitz 

The purpose of the meeting was to interview two candidates for the Chief position.  The interview of Josh Boyles took place from 11-12, and the other from 1-2:30.

Director Mefford announced that no decision would be made today and that there would be no opportunity for nonBoard members to ask questions.  Attendees should share their comments at the November 20, 2024 Board meeting.

There being no further business, the board meeting was adjourned at 14:38.
