The Risk Reduction/Recruiting Specialist role plays a vital role in enhancing community safety and building a strong team at Genesee Fire Rescue. This position focuses on developing, implementing and coordinating risk mitigation programs, conducting community outreach, and promoting safety education to reduce risks in our community. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading Genesee Fire's volunteer recruitment efforts to ensure we maintain a group of dedicated volunteer personnel. Through outreach programs, training initiatives, and strategic recruitment efforts, the specialist fosters engagement, enhances public safety, and supports the mission of protecting lives, property, and our community.
