Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 17:30 by Director Neil Frame

Attendance and Explanation of Absences

Attendance – Neil Frame, Mark Villa, Greg Klaiber, Branch Russell, Keith Dierking, Will Quinby, Josh Boyles, Kris Kleiner

New Business

Nomination of Board President
- A motion was made by Director Mark Villa to appoint Neil Frame as Board President. The motion was approved with a 3 to 2 vote naming Director Neil Frame as Board President.
- Nomination of Treasurer - A motion was made by Director Greg Klaiber to appoint Keith Dierking as Board Treasurer. The motion was approved with a ________ vote naming Keith Dierking as acting Board Treasurer.
- Nomination of Secretary - A motion was made by Neil Frame to appoint Mark Villa as Board Secretary. The motion was approved with a __________ vote naming Mark Villa as acting Board Secretary.

Old Business

Genesee Foundation Amendment to Easement
- It was discussed that the new amendment to the EAR Easement agreement increased the access of the Fire District to conduct two evacuations and five trainings. This was an increase from the existing agreement of one evacuation training and three drive operator trainings yearly.
- Will Quinby spoke briefly on the EAR stating the RFP could be released as early as Thursday, May 22 with approval of the Board of Directors on May 21. He is confident the interest in the RFP exists among qualified members and has already been in contact with several contractors. Will also suggested that the Board appoint him Project Manager or Owner Representative on behave of the district and the construction of the EAR.
