Call to Order

18:04 by Director Mefford

A brief discussion was held to answer Director Balter’s questions about what was discussed at the May Board of Directors’ meeting concerning postponement the TABOR election until May.

A motion was made, seconded and approved to go into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters.

At 18:06, the Board went into executive session.

At 20:35, the Board returned to regular session.

There being no further business, the Board meeting was adjourned at 20:35.
