· Child CPR with Breaths: Understand how to administer CPR to children, including the integration of rescue breaths along with chest compressions to support breathing and circulation.

· Adult and Child AED Use: Gain proficiency in operating automated external defibrillators (AEDs) for both adults and children, vital devices that can restore normal heart rhythms during sudden cardiac arrest.

· Infant CPR: Master the specialized CPR techniques tailored for infants, ensuring gentle yet effective intervention in the event of a cardiac or respiratory emergency.

· Relief of Choking: Learn how to recognize and respond to choking emergencies in adults, children, and infants, with techniques tailored to each age group to clear obstructed airways and restore normal breathing.

With a limited class size of 8 individuals or couples, participants can expect personalized attention and guidance, allowing for a highly interactive and engaging learning experience. This class is open to anyone eager to learn how to make a difference in emergency situations. Note: the class has no written exam and does not provide a certificate of completion.
